We formed our software company to help our first customer process NHS questionnaires, it’s hard to believe but when we met them, they were doing that by hand in a converted barn. We helped them adopt the technology they needed to grow, from machines to automatically scan questionnaires, to machines that put letters in envelopes, we processed all sorts of paper questionnaires, each with unique criteria and ultimately helped them build and process online questionnaires. Our software is used by every NHS trust and processes millions of questionnaires every year.
